The A Train is really happening

April 22, 2016

Ribbon cutting just took place at Union Station with Mayor Hanock, former mayor and Transportation Secretary Frederico Pena and other VIP’s participating.

The A Train travels 23 miles from downtown Denver to DIA, with a $9 fare one way per person.  It takes about 37 minutes to go one way.  Check out rtd-denver.com for further information.

Even before the opening of the airport in 1998, this line has been planned.

What a beautiful day to take a free ride from Union Station to DIA from 12-9PM today and 5AM-2PM on Saturday.
