Resource guide for grandparents and their families
With relentless precision, Sherlock Holmes unraveled mysteries by scrutinizing details overlooked by others. That is a hallmark of brilliant detective work, but it also defines another calling—writing. Writers notice everything around them, and this “evidence” often unlocks inspiration for a story. In this workshop, you’ll write a mystery of your own, prompted by an object you find in the exhibit. Plan to take a guided tour of the exhibit first, followed by lunch and workshop led by Lighthouse Writers Workshop. Bring along a pen, a notebook, and your powers of observation!
