Resource guide for grandparents and their families
Are you stressed out? Are you a student or in the workforce and just cannot find the time for yourself? Do you long for a relaxing and creative outlet in your community? We have the group for you! Stress seems to be prevalent in our culture today, and it can affect all of us in different ways. Incorporating a variety of art materials, this group will provide you with time and techniques to ease some of that stress and find relaxation. We will begin every group with a soothing cup of tea and five minutes of meditation. Each week, through different art processes, we will explore your stress and what helps you to ease it, all in a creative and relaxing atmosphere.
